Ladies Swimming

An opportunity to get together once a week with other Ladies and take a trip to a nearby leisure centre to take part in aqua aerobics. Everyone’s encouraged to swim especially those who fear water and swimming.

Aqua aerobics is one of the best low impact exercises especially for joints. You will feel fresh, light and revitalised after a session of aqua aerobics.

This session also gives an opportunity to socialise and interact with each other by sharing similar experiences.
