Ladies Yoga

Yoga brings balance among the body, mind and soul and provides contraction and relaxations of the muscles, which removes tension and stress from the bones, muscles and skin.

Our Regular Yoga sessions makes one flexible, energetic and strong both from within and physically and works inside the body system, so glands produce and secrete the right amount of juices to keep the body fit.

Our sessions also involve breathing exercises, which helps to calm down the mind and helps to increase the lung capacity. This exercise helps to take in more oxygen throughout the body and removes carbon dioxide from the body, mind and soul.

We also concentrate on meditation. Meditation helps to control unwanted thoughts by training the mind.
The mind always takes us to the future or past, but does not stay in the present. Therefore through meditation, one learns how to be in the present and enjoy their present life fully and happily.

Through Yoga, one can see physical, mental and spiritual results. The most important part of our Yoga sessions is to teach how to change habits, behaviour, attitudes and how to be more vigilant about eating habits, sleeping times, recreation time and how to enjoy a happy and grateful life amongst the beautiful world and its people.
